How to wear it
- 1
Confirm Neelam suits your kundli. If unsure, do not wear it.
- 2
Trial first: keep the loose stone in a white cloth in your pocket for 3 days. Stop if you feel heavy unrest, accidents, or sharp mood drops.
- 3
Choose a natural, untreated stone. Typical weight is 4 to 7 ratti, or as advised.
- 4
Set it in panchdhatu or silver with an open back so it touches the skin.
- 5
Purify it in panchamrit, then rinse and dry.
- 6
Wear it on Saturday, on the middle finger (madhyama) of the working hand.
- 7
Chant the mantra 108 times as you wear it.
